Preparation to dispatch
After incubation period but prior dispatch, the eggs are sorted mechanically and manually. Then they are packed in sealed boxes which are conditioned according to the shipment duration. The transport of eggs should not be longer than 72 hours. Means of transport are approved by the District Veterinary Officer. They are subject to strict hygienic and sanitary requirements, supervised by the Veterinary Inspection.
Transport is usually conducted via air. We cooperate only with reputable airlines. For the sales within European Union, a Health and Origin Certificate for eyed eggs is generated and recorded in the TRACES system, approved and certified by the District Veterinary Officer.
For the sales outside EU, it is important for the customer and the seller to provide a health certificate approved by relevant authorities of the importing country. In some independent cases, the customer is obliged to provide the seller with a Veterinary Import Permit.
